Our products are manufactured and shipped from the European Union. Please note that U.S. Customs may impose import duties and fees upon delivery. The standard tariff rate is typically around 15%, but it may vary depending on the product. Items containing aluminum may be subject to higher tariffs, and additional processing fees may also apply. All such charges are determined by U.S. authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an order, you agree not to refuse the package due to unexpected customs charges. In case of refusal, you agree to cover all transportation costs to and from the U.S., as well as any additional fees incurred due to the refusal.

1. About the Discounts Shown in Your Cart:

You may notice two special lines in your cart — these are automatic discounts we apply to offset recent U.S. import duties and tariffs set in place with Executive Order 14326. These will affect all Armanov orders that arrive in the U.S. starting 29th August 2025. (applicable on orders placed after Aug 25th 2025).

2. Charges and Discounts:

• 15% Tariff Surcharge 33% Discount
• $10 Carrier Processing Fee 50% Discount 

These are not regular products you can buy on their own — they are adjustments we’ve added so you pay only half of the new mandatory surcharge on and process fee on the products that are imported from the European Union into the U.S. under the Executive Order 14326.

3. Why do you pay them to Armanov and not directly to your customs? 

We have partnered with UPS, and will pay these surcharges on your behalf, so your orders will be processed super fast as these fees are "prepaid by Armanov". In doing so the orders will avoid being held up for many days for customs clearance and tariff payment as everything is set before the order leaves our warehouse.
